I’ve worked inside the business.

I’ve worked with 100+ practitioners on launching and growing their businesses. Their practices represent $3M+ in combined annual revenue. My work includes leading operations and service delivery. From August 2023 to November 2024, I worked directly with the founder, hired managers across four functions, and ran weekly operating reviews.

I built and analyzed systems for inquiries, onboarding, service delivery, and reporting. That work gave me experience with the decisions practice owners face about their team, their services, and their time.

25+ years of operating and partnership experience.

My background includes gaming and entertainment partnerships involving Microsoft, Xbox, and Bethesda Game Studios.

I was Senior Events Manager at Wizards of the Coast from October 1999 to May 2002, running Gen Con, Origins, and Magic: The Gathering tournaments. I then became Director of Operations at Gen Con LLC after Peter Adkison purchased the event.
